We guide you every step of the way. From the first floor plan to the last price tag, you’re never figuring it out alone. See how it works
One crew from the first walk-through to the last price tag, so nothing gets lost between the planner and the installer.
Full-store or single-aisle resets done in phases, so your doors never close. We pull, clean, re-shelve, re-tag and leave every aisle ready for customers.
We look at your sales and space across the categories that drive a c-store: tobacco, beverages, snacks, candy and grocery basics. Then we recommend what to add, cut and move so your best sellers get the room and eye level they earn.
Floor plans and planograms built for a small footprint: a clear path from the door to the coolers, impulse items where people wait to pay, and shelves your staff can keep full.
We source, assemble and install tobacco overheads, gondola shelving, wall units and counters, matched to your space and your planogram.
Every fixture we sell is installed by the same team that plans your shelves. Ask for a quote and we’ll size it to your store.
Photos from SRS installs. Sizes, finishes and layouts are matched to each store.
Choose a size and setup, watch it drawn to scale, then send it to us for a quote. We confirm every measurement on your store walk before anything is ordered.

SRS Solutions started behind the counter of a family convenience store in Villa Rica, Georgia.
That’s where our owner and founder, Amit “Gopal” Patel, learned the business the hard way: stocking shelves, keeping the tobacco wall full, and seeing firsthand which products sold and which just took up space. He learned how much a store’s layout decides what it sells, and how hard that is to fix when you’re also the one running the register.
He also saw that owners like his family rarely have the time to tear down an aisle and re-plan it, and that big merchandising firms aren’t built for a single c-store. So Gopal started SRS Solutions to be the help he wished his family’s store had: someone who knows a convenience store from the inside and does the work alongside you.
We’re still small and owner-run. The person who walks your store is the same person who plans it, sets it and answers the phone afterward.
Don’t see yours? Send it on WhatsApp and we’ll answer.
No questions match that. Try another word, or ask us on WhatsApp.
No. We visit, measure, take photos and give you our recommendations for free within our service area. Outside that area we may charge a travel fee, and we’ll tell you before we book.
No. We reset one section at a time and plan the work around your rush hours, so customers can keep shopping.
A single aisle or cooler set usually takes a few hours. A full convenience store or food mart usually takes one to three days, depending on size and how many new fixtures go in. Your quote lists the schedule.
Yes. Send us the planogram or program guidelines and we’ll set your shelves, tobacco wall or cooler doors to match.
We do. We pull product, clean the shelves, re-set and re-tag. We ask that someone from your store be available to answer questions and approve any changes on the day.
Often, yes. On the store walk we’ll tell you what’s in good shape, what can be re-used with new parts, and what’s worth replacing. You don’t have to buy new fixtures to get a reset.
Yes. We source gondola shelving, cigarette racks, cooler shelving and checkout fixtures, and your quote lists exactly what you’re getting before anything is ordered.
Most shelving and racks arrive within a few weeks of your deposit. Custom cigarette racks and special colors can take longer. We confirm the date when you order.
It depends on the brand and the slot pattern in your uprights. We check this on the store walk, so the shelves and accessories we order fit the first time.
No. The builder is a planning tool. We measure your space and confirm every size before anything is ordered.
Display rules for tobacco and vape products vary by state and city, and staying compliant is the store’s responsibility. Tell us what applies to your store, such as behind-counter only or locked cases, and we’ll build the rack to fit those requirements.
After the store walk you get one written quote that lists labor, fixtures and any delivery. Each quote shows the date its prices are good until.
Yes, when fixtures are being ordered. A deposit places the order and the balance is due when the work is finished. The amounts are spelled out on your quote.
WhatsApp. You can send photos of your aisles and we usually reply within one business day. You can also call or text (404) 694-1637.
We’re based in Temple, Georgia. Send your store’s location on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm we can get to you.
You deal with the same person from the first walk to the follow-up visit. We take on a few stores at a time, so yours gets full attention.
Tell us about your store and we’ll set up a time to come see it. The walk-through and recommendations are free. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us: send a few photos of your aisles and we’ll reply with ideas.
The plain-language terms for every job. Your written quote is the final word for your project.
Quotes are free, and each one shows the date its prices are good until. Prices for fixtures can change if a manufacturer raises prices before you order. Orders for fixtures need a deposit, shown on your quote, and the balance is due when the work is complete.
If you need to move a reset, tell us as early as you can and we’ll find a new date. If you cancel after fixtures are ordered, the deposit covers any items that can’t be returned to the supplier, plus any restocking fees the supplier charges. Any remaining deposit is refunded.
Delivery dates depend on the manufacturer and are estimates. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes. Your quote shows whether delivery is included with installation or listed on its own.
Returns of stock fixtures in new, unused condition are handled case by case, less any restocking fee shown on your quote. Custom-built, special-order and installed fixtures can’t be returned. Tell us about damaged or missing parts as soon as your delivery arrives and we’ll replace them.
Fixtures carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We also warranty our installation work for the period shown on your quote: if something we installed comes loose or out of level, we come back and fix it at no charge. Damage from misuse, overloading or later changes by others isn’t covered.
We take care with your store and your product. If we damage something, tell us the same day and we’ll make it right.
We use the details you send through this site, WhatsApp, phone or email only to answer you and work on your project. We don’t sell or share your information. We only share before and after photos on this site with your permission.
